French Pharmacy Skincare

I am so excited to start telling you a series of new skincare products I’ve been using that have been major game changers for me.  When I went on my little Euro adventure this summer, I was able to learn some of the secrets of the best creams there are to offer from the French girls- and we all know that French girls know best in the ways of beauty….

I’m going to tell you one product at a time- that way I won’t overwhelm or confuse you.  I have been using these products for over a month because it was definitely love at first application for me, but I wanted to wait to really be able to tell you the results of using it for a while.

The first one I am excited to share with you is called Ialuset Hyaluronic Acid (pronounced ee-ah-loo-say) that want to be down with the Frenchies :) !  Basically Hyaluronic Acid is an ingredient found in certain foods, and it was discovered by researching the diets of a small village in Japan where everyone was living to be 90 and still spry without wrinkles-even if they smoked, drank, etc. The French beauty industry has found a way to concentrate it for use topically on the face, etc.  It’s amazing because capsules to eat are super expensive, while this tube of 100% pure “H-A” is a bargain to rub on the face and hands, etc.

20 Minutes, FranceOct. 18 Issue—”For fighting wrinkles…IALUSET is the original skin repair cream. Rich in hyaluronic acid, it is considered by many women to be the best anti-wrinkle cream on the market.”

Babble.com—”Hyaluronic acid is a hot skincare ingredient that hydrates and plumps dry and aging skin.”

Red Online UK—”Hyaluronic acid, or sodium hyaluronate as it’s also known, has become a serious skincare staple. It’s the body’s own hydrating molecule, able to absorb up to 1000 times its own weight in water and responsible for keeping our skin plump, smooth and supple. Sadly, our natural levels deplete as we age, so fight off fine lines and a loss of skin tone.”

Elle Make-up and Skincare Jan. 10 Issue—”To keep skin cells plump and your face radiant throughout a dehydrating winter, look for creams rich in hyaluronic acid, which draws moisture from the air and holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water.”

I loved watching this video made by the classic Connie Chung- showing the research of the small village and how they discovered the health benefits of Hyaluronic Acid.  It’s fascinating to me.

From my own personal experience, I have to say that I see major improvements in my skin.  I have a lot of people that are close to me and see me every day that have noticed improvements in my skin.  I have definitely seen less of my fine lines and wrinkles (especially in my forehead), a smoother appearance, and really soft, moisturized skin.  There is major value in this product as well- it is a big tube and a little bit goes a long way.  Regardless of your age, I would recommend adding this to your skincare regimen.  It’s never to early or late to start adding beautiful quality ingredients to your skin!

Here is a direct link to the best website I’ve found that can ship worldwide and they have the best prices, customer service, and get you the product quickly!  Let me know if you have any questions but I promise you- you will not be disappointed! Xx

Hi! I ordered one on avibon after your review but I found something that said it was for ulcers.. Is it still safe to use on your face? I’ve been using it every other day and I like the results but I’m afraid of this! Also, I saw your latest post on the juno oil, do you still use the ialuset or how often do you use it? Thanks!!! HNY!

Yep it’s totally ok for the face- so much research has gone into this product and it’s multi use! I use the Juno everyday- you have a few options depending on your skin- I use a little Ialuset first then finish with the Juno Oil. If not- rotate it every other day. Or use the Juno Oil at night and the Ialuset during the day. Many options- just depends on what your skin needs and it might vary by the day as well. The good news- you are using the highest quality ingredients for your skin- YAY for that! XO

Can you use this on your body as well? Sagging skin can be unsightly! And if you can’t use it on the body any recommendations? I have 2 rubes but haven’t started using them yet. And you do you recommend using at night first then use in the AM and PM? Thank you!

It wouldn’t hurt, right? I haven’t used it all over the body but all the ingredients are so amazing I’m sure it’s great for the body too! I’d say go for it, and if it feels too much for your skin then you can drop down to just PM. Hope you enjoy! X
